Summary: We will discuss important legal updates, including the new legislation applicable to carriers' injury-reporting obligations with the Industrial Commission of Arizona. 

Rachel Brozina is a workers’ compensation defense attorney who represents employers and their insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and uninsured employers in Arizona. In addition to providing legal representation, she serves the workers’ compensation community by providing educational seminars and training, she serves her profession on the workers’ compensation committee of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, and as a Board member of a nonprofit called Kids’ Chance of Arizona.
