Ruby Tate, Claims Manager

Ruby has been the Claims Manager of the Claims Division of the Industrial Commission of Arizona since February of 2018.  She has over 15 years’ experience in Arizona Workers’ Compensation, having worked her way through the ranks starting as a medical only adjuster, time loss adjuster, claims supervisor, and Special Fund Manager until joining the Claims Division.   Ruby’s experience includes several years as an IEA instructor teaching Basic and Advanced Workers’ Compensation which assists new adjusters in obtaining their Arizona WCCA and WCCP designations. 

When Ruby isn’t working at the ICA, she is a supporter of the local art communities, a voracious movie watcher and Vespa rider. Ruby is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
